Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising and leading high-volume service teams, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional hospitality services. This role requires a motivated individual who can effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks, handle guest complaints, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage electronic diaries and schedules to optimize resource allocation
  • Liaise with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth execution of events and catering services
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume fine dining establishment
  • Demonstrated experience in events and off-site catering as well as coffee experience
  • Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and premium dining operations
  • Proven ability to program and manage POS systems effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
