Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Examination Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources in the examinations area of our Training Assessment Unit.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with assigned Examinations Subcommittees on exam-related matters, supporting the streamlining of assessment activities, and assisting with preparation of discussion papers, action plans, and recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events throughout the examination life cycle
  • Liaise with Examination Subcommittees on matters related to exams
  • Support process improvements and efficiency enhancements
  • Prepare documentation such as discussion papers, action plans, and recommendations
