We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Regional Exam Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Medical Educators and regional teams to coordinate exam preparation and workshop programs.

About the Role

This full-time position is located in our Darwin office, with on-site parking available. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and work collaboratively with Regional Director of Training to manage program delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate exam preparation activities, including venue booking, catering arrangement, and logistics management for workshops.
  • Collaborate with Medical Educators to develop and maintain pre-workshop information and online learning materials.
  • Manage event invitations, registrations, and attendance records, as well as event documentation.
  • Provide on-site support for workshops and events, overseeing setup, attendee needs, and post-event closeout.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong background experience in event management and coordination, a passion for service quality, and excellent communication skills. Your attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for planning will be essential in achieving success in this role.
