Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team. As a software engineer at SpaceX, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge technologies that enable human life on Mars.

You will be responsible for creating analysis tools, applications, and execution pipelines that allow vehicles to be flown quickly, reliably, and robustly. This includes designing and leading development of new software projects, reviewing existing tools and processes, and driving more efficient or more reliable approaches.

Additionally, you will participate in all phases of a mission, from feasibility analysis and research to concrete mission design and launch operations. This will involve performing trajectory design, optimization, and dispersion analysis for Starship launch vehicle missions for all phases of flight including ascent, on-orbit, entry, and landing.
