This position demands strong engineering problem-solving skills, with 5+ years of experience in design, analysis, or test of systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the Starship Vehicle or component throughout testing and flight.
  • Collaborate in technical reviews including vehicle state machine assessments, joint operations reviews, and CONOPs evaluations to provide actionable feedback to operations teams.
  • Organize and lead flight readiness reviews to ensure technical preparedness and flight data reviews to track action items and learnings from flight.
  • Drive actions and findings to completion, utilizing risk, mission workflow, and change management tools.
  • Effectively communicate technical risks to executive leadership teams.
  • Provide real-time support during test and flight operations as the authority for vehicle risk.
  • Resolves technical risks on-console to achieve successful test or flight outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
