About the Role

Major Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to develop and enhance enterprise software, adhering to industry standards.
  • Develop automated build and deployment scripts using .NET Core and Microsoft technologies.
  • Foster collaboration with technical and business staff to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze complex problems and contribute to policy and project management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and promote the agency's interests.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and reporting.
  • Make informed decisions based on legislation, regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience with Agile methodologies and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio.
  • Backend development experience with web API and SQL.
  • Strong skills in automating build and deployment in .NET Core and Microsoft stack.
  • Ability to produce well-designed, documented, and testable code.
  • Peer review skills.
  • Effective communication across dispersed teams.
  • Analytical skills to propose and facilitate change.
