We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Flight Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage risk assessments for Starship and Super Heavy vehicles
  • Collaborate with design teams, build teams, and operations teams to ensure successful flight and test outcomes
  • Coordinate real-time risk conversations during major test operations and flights
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the program and vehicles
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering problem-solving in design, analysis, or test of systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in aerospace engineering
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Python programming languages
  • High proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Experience with anomaly resolution and documentation of anomaly reports and lessons learned databases
