What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a key member of our engineering team, you will:

• Develop and build: Design, code, and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using NestJS for the back end and Angular for the front end.
• Collaborate and create: Work closely with our cross-functional team of early childhood specialists, paediatricians, and other engineers to translate our vision into a world-class product.
• Solve complex problems: Tackle exciting challenges in data security, decentralisation, and user experience to build an intuitive and powerful platform.
• Own your work: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive innovation: Research and apply cutting-edge technologies, including AI and decentralised systems, to continually improve the platform.

Who We're Looking For

While we are open to various levels of experience, the ideal candidates will have:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in NestJS and Angular. Experience with blockchain technologies (like Ethereum or Hyperledger), smart contracts (Solidity), and other languages (like Python or Java) is a huge plus.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is valued, but your practical skills and experience are what matter most.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A knack for thinking critically and creatively to find effective, secure, and scalable solutions.
• A "Future Thinker" Mindset: Passion for building something truly new and a belief in the power of technology to improve lives.
• Strong Communication: The ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Familiarity with Cryptography: An understanding of cryptographic principles is highly desirable for ensuring data security.
