
Sales and Business Development Leader

The Sales and Business Development Leader plays a pivotal sales role, responsible for retaining and growing client value through the introduction of new products and services.
Target mid-sized client accounts with revenue between $50 million USD - $750 million per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives across assigned territories of mid-sized organisations.
- Manage and renew member research contracts.
- Develop new business alongside existing accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-6 years of experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior sales success.
- Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit needs and value.
