Job Overview

We are seeking an officer to join our team in developing and implementing strategies that improve health outcomes for diverse communities.

This position is open to women under Section 31(2)(h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and evaluate community engagement programs.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and healthcare providers across various cultural backgrounds.
  • Communicate effectively with agility, tailoring messages to different audiences.
  • Design promotional materials that reflect our brand and messaging.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by monitoring and refining activities for maximum impact.
Requirements
  • Experience in health education or a related field.
  • Experience using data and databases to plan and evaluate projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven design and content creation skills (InDesign, PowerPoint).
  • Able to thrive in a team environment and value collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented, creative and passionate about making a difference through community engagement.
