Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and passionate leader to join our Finance team as a Senior Manager Business Partnering. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an effective business partnering model that enhances financial acumen across all areas of the organization. You will lead a team of finance professionals, mentoring and guiding them to identify profitability opportunities and drive business growth.

As the Senior Manager Business Partnering, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Finance Managers to deliver financial insights and strategic advice.
  • Building financial and analytical capability across the Finance Business Partnering team.
  • Driving a culture of financial literacy and commercial acumen within the leadership and management teams.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment case development.
  • Identifying operational efficiency opportunities and establishing frameworks to track and measure impact.
  • Enhancing financial reporting and analysis to enable informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • Extensive experience in management accounting and business partnering roles.
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational and financial value drivers.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Experience in investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and delivering operational efficiencies.
