Casa Services provides high-quality disability support services to Alice Springs and surrounding communities, fostering inclusion, independence and empowerment.
Casa is seeking a visionary and accomplished finance professional to join the organisation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Joining a dynamic executive team and helping shape the financial future of the respected, mission-led organisation, the CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assume responsibility for all financial management functions of the organisation, including high-level strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board, guiding key decisions that influence the organisation's direction and long-term success.
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will shape and execute the organisation's financial strategy, ensure operational excellence and integrity, deliver sophisticated financial reporting, establish performance metrics, manage risk, and maintain governance and compliance frameworks.
Leveraging your expertise, you will identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-evolving environment that demands agility, innovation, and strong commercial acumen.
You should bring financial expertise, exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills, and the ability to think strategically and laterally.
A relevant tertiary qualification and CA or CPA certification, or equivalent, are expected.
A NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and satisfactory National Police Clearance are required.
It is preferred that the appointee resides in Alice Springs; however, applications from those in Adelaide will also be considered, with the role offered under a hybrid arrangement requiring regular on-site attendance in Alice Springs.
