Leadership Opportunity:

CASA seeks an experienced and driven individual to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer. This leadership position will involve overseeing a portfolio that includes financial and management functions, risk and compliance, procurement, planning, and corporate services.

The successful candidate will partner with the CEO and Chief Operations Officer to set and execute strategic financial directions aligned with CASA's purpose of creating positive futures for people with disability.

As CFO, you will bring strong financial acumen and a commitment to purpose-driven work, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and effective strategies to maximise impact.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as guiding the organisation through fiscal challenges while focusing on service and outreach goals.

Key qualifications for this role include being a qualified CA or CPA and holding NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Clearance.

Preference is for the successful candidate to reside in Alice Springs, however Adelaide-based applicants may be considered for a hybrid work model.
