Process Excellence Lead Position

The Process Excellence Lead will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a process improvement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze process performance data to measure the impact of process improvements and identify further areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training to ensure employees understand and can implement new processes effectively
  • Ensure all process improvement initiatives are aligned with best practices and comply with relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in delivering process improvement solutions
  • Proven effective leadership skills with high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working in Government
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • HR project experience desired
