Job Title: Administration Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Direct Personnel Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all operational administrative processes, including data entry, purchasing, freight and logistics, inventory handling, and on-time completions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management and ensure efficient administrative processes
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Data entry of accounts and invoices
  • Payroll support - collecting timesheets and leave
  • Ensure phones and front office are represented at all times
  • Maintain site records and prepare reports as required
  • Other duties as directed by Managing Director

About You:

  • Relevant experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Strong administration skills with exceptional computer skills
  • Proven experience in payroll and accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and reports, schedules, and information management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
