Enhance Quality Culture as a Quality Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Expert Quality Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will work closely with customers to enhance their quality and compliance culture through the use of Veeva's Quality suite.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving risk analysis, quality metrics, continuous improvement, and audit/inspection readiness across multiple engagements and work streams. You will design, prototype, configure, and document content and quality management solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 3 years' experience implementing quality management software solutions in the consumer packaged goods and chemical industry is essential.
- You should have expertise in content and/or data management systems, with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into corresponding solution designs.
- Demonstrated work history in critical thinking skills, complex technical communications, and determination to see client success with solution implementation is crucial.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements is also required.
