About the Role

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading and implementing innovative learning support practices to facilitate successful outcomes for students in the ILP. You will work closely with the Deputy Principal of Inclusive Education & Alternative Pathways to strategically plan and deliver educational leadership that supports the achievement of the College's vision, priorities, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with MESH Program Coordinators to ensure adapted year-level teaching and learning programs and assessments are embedded into the ILP.
  • Offer professional guidance to Integrated Learning teachers, ensuring they are up-to-date with curriculum developments, high-impact instruction, and disability-informed practice.
  • Establish and manage administrative and operational systems in the ILP to ensure effective operation of the College within DOE guidelines and policy.
  • Enhance teaching and learning outcomes in the Integrated Learning Program through effective performance management, facilitating professional learning, and leading the implementation of the College's Teaching, Learning & Assessment Framework.
  • Lead data-informed practice and a culture of continuous improvement within the ILP, building shared effort and commitment amongst staff to achieve this.
