Job Overview

The financial management platforms team plays a vital role in providing capability that supports planning, forecasting, and reporting for financial planning and analysis. This is enabled through ensuring the platforms used by the financial management team allow robust forecasting, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing workloads to deliver effective solutions that address evolving finance needs. You will lead a high-performing team to achieve key outcomes, including capturing business needs for forecasting, reporting, and automation, maintaining a reliable platform service, and supporting automation of financial control and management accounting processes.

Qualifications
  • CA or CPA qualification with banking and financial services experience.
  • Proven enterprise platform management enablement experience with hands-on exposure to Anaplan, TM1 (or equivalent) and BI tools.
  • Experience in leading a team with demonstrated service delivery orientation.
  • Program management certification is valuable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will ensure organization of data, models, and processes to meet finance objectives while managing a clear intake and prioritization process for changes, fixes, and enhancements.
