We're looking for someone with expertise in finance to collaborate with our corporate finance team and drive end-of-month procedures towards excellence. You'll empower Aged Care Service Managers by delivering insightful monthly reports, enabling them to make informed decisions that elevate performance.

This role offers a unique chance to shape outcomes that resonate with our strategic vision. You'll work closely with our Finance Manager and weave connections with our Aged Care Managers, Executives, Operations, and Finance teams to create a positive difference.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the corporate finance team to drive end-of-month procedures and forge a path towards excellence.
  • Empower Aged Care Service Managers by delivering insightful monthly reports, enabling them to make informed decisions that elevate performance.
  • Shape the future by lending your financial insight to proposed business cases and meticulously crafted financial models, enabling profound analysis.
  • Harmonise your expertise with the Planning, Reporting, and Analysis Manager to create annual budgets and forecasts that chart our course towards success.
  • Display your financial acumen by meticulously executing financial accounting duties, including precise balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ignite growth within the team and across staff members by imparting best practices, elevating our collective expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Finance Manager to meticulously maintain our Fixed Asset Register, a cornerstone of our financial foundation.
  • Actively engage in our annual audit process, where your insights will help ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Requirements:**

You should hold a University qualification in Business, Finance, or Accounting, forming the bedrock of your financial prowess. With 5 years of enriching experience in Accounting, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Ideally, your journey aligns with CPA qualification pursuits, showcasing your commitment to financial excellence.
