Financial Management Platforms Enablement Expert

As a senior manager in the Banking and Financial Services sector, you will play a vital role in providing business-led capability that supports planning, forecasting, and reporting for Financial Planning and Analysis.

The team you will lead enables robust forecasting, reporting, and analytical capabilities through platforms used by the Financial Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine finance expertise with program management capability, a service delivery mindset, and technical fluency in Enterprise Performance Management Platforms, Finance journal automation, and BI tools.
  • Manage and prioritize workloads to deliver effective solutions translating Finance strategy and requirements into Platforms initiatives.
  • Lead a high-performing team achieving key outcomes, including capturing and enabling business needs for forecasting, reporting, and automation, maintaining a reliable platform service, and supporting the automation of financial control and management accounting processes.

What You Offer:

  • CA or CPA qualification with Banking and Financial Services exposure.
  • Proven Enterprise Platform Management enablement experience with hands-on exposure to Anaplan, TM1 (or equivalent), and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Experience in leading a team with demonstrated service delivery orientation.
  • Program management certification is valuable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
