About The Role:

The Admissions and Data team plays a pivotal part in supporting residential admissions, creation of accurate resident agreements, governance and compliance relating to fees and room pricing, and reporting and funding activities.

The Admissions and Data Coordinator is a leadership position actively delivering and coordinating the daily functions of the Admissions and Data Specialist team. This includes leading the team to support and participate in activities across Resident Admissions, leading the team on Residential Fees and Bed Portfolio management, education, training and planning, governance, compliance, reporting and funding, and providing leadership to ensure service delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Candidates should possess a minimum of two (2) years' experience leading a dynamic, agile and highly performing team, as well as experience working in Residential Aged Care or Home Care. They will also possess strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment, and excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
