Resident Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team at a state-of-the-art Oxley Aged Care Home.

This full-time administrative position focuses on supporting resident admissions and ensuring smooth processes during the commissioning phase. The Resident Support Officer will be responsible for managing enquiries about room availability and care options, coordinating pre-admission processes, preparing and maintaining accurate admissions documentation, and providing administrative support for admissions and compliance activities.

  • A strong background in administration is required, ideally in customer-focused roles within aged care or healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for liaising confidently with residents, families, and clinical teams.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently is essential.
