**About the role**:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented **Resident Support Officer (RSO)** to join our team at the **Oxley Aged Care Home**, opening in **March 2025**. This **full-time administrative role** will start in **February 2025** to support **resident admissions** and ensure **seamless processes during the commissioning phase**.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Managing enquiries about room availability and care options.
- Coordinating pre-admission processes and scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate admissions documentation and records.
- Providing administrative support for admissions and compliance activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.

**About you**:

- Strong administrative experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in aged care or healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with residents, families, and clinical teams.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience supporting sales processes
- Knowledge of aged care funding models (desirable).
