- Deliver high-quality customer service and develop good working relationships with all customers and service providers.
- Process claims according to set procedures and policies, ensuring accurate documentation and prompt resolution.
- Manage claims using external and internal specialists to achieve efficient settlement outcomes.
- Enhance technical expertise and participate in professional development and training as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Claims experience or equivalent customer service background.
- Strong customer service skills with a supportive approach.
- Able to type and talk concurrently while handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer needs efficiently.
- Passion for helping people in their time of need.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience within insurance claims is highly advantageous.
