About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting customer issues, providing exceptional support and resolving complex problems with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage calls and provide over-the-phone, email, and remote support to customers
  • Document issues and provide outstanding customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum experience in the managed and professional services space
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across networking and hardware (LAN, WAN, printer, scanner device connectivity)
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work autonomously

Qualifications:

  • Industry-relevant certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or Azure fundamentals are highly valued
