Main Responsibilities
  • We engage with customers via multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone calls, and digital platforms, to offer tailored solutions to their banking and insurance needs.
  • We continually look for opportunities to recommend suitable financial products that can positively impact our clients' circumstances.
  • We utilize various systems, technologies, and cash handling procedures to ensure seamless transactions.
  • We collaborate with our Manager and team to achieve our branch objectives and maintain a high level of operational efficiency in line with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably within retail, banking, or hospitality industries.
  • Cash handling skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the financial sector is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and technology is necessary.
  • Honesty and integrity are key characteristics, along with a commitment to adhering to procedures and policies in a regulated environment.
