
Key Player In Customer Experience

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide support to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of empathy and patience.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or written correspondence.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the services we offer and assist with general administrative tasks.
Complaint Handling:
- Receive and log complaints or concerns from customers.
- Attempt to resolve straightforward complaints at first point of contact.
- Escalate complex complaints to senior team members or managers when required.
Stakeholder Liaison:
- Communicate with internal teams to follow up on customer queries or complaints.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Assist in tracking customer trends or common service issues for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience - mandatory
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline; or equivalent experience
- Ability to analyse and interpret statistical data
- Sound understanding of customer service principles
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
