Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to drive customer success with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute flawless onboarding of customers, including coaching key stakeholders on our methodology and innovative pedagogy.
  • Use data analysis and insights to proactively manage customer activation and address at-risk customer groups.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders through workshops, webinars, training sessions, and onsite meetings.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to improve the customer experience and drive referral sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, account management, sales, or strategic consulting.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a passion for inspiring customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of subscription renewals and sales cycles.
