Job Description

As the Head of Credit, you will be responsible for leading the Credit team and overseeing credit decisioning and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data analytics and technology, enhancing credit decisioning and loss mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of credit risk management, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to drive business growth while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Credit team in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance credit decisioning and risk management.
  • Manage and mitigate credit risks across the loan portfolio.
