In the role of **Head of** role, you will put customers at the centre of everything you do.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Partner with the Commercial Management team to manage credit portfolio risks and support emerging risk strategies for the back book
- Use analytics to develop early warning indicator models, including alert systems
- Monitor and report on key in-life metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance capabilities and streamline Line 1 processes
- Collaborate with Line 2 Credit and Line 1 Portfolio Management teams to monitor portfolios/customers and drive proactive actions
- Build fraud detection models for Business Lending products and support early-stage product risk management using data-driven insights

- Proven leadership with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across teams
- Deep knowledge of Risk Management (Credit, Operational, and Compliance) and credit analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying insights and opportunities
- Strategic thinker with a long-term mindset, anticipating future challenges and shaping forward-looking strategies
- Extensive experience in Banking, Business Lending, Strategy, Product Management, and Innovation/Partnerships
