**In this Head of Performance Proprietary Lending role, you will**:

- Deliver local and on the ground upskilling, onboarding and on demand support of new Lenders/HLEs to exceed performance objectives
- Enable quality and timely credit support and deal structuring outcomes to the home lending team
- Drive people development and relationship management leading to dynamic, skilled and high performing bankers
- Provide post
- onboarding support and performance coaching to new lenders

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong people leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing teams
- Proprietary lending/home lending/contact centre/everyday banking experience advantageous
- Track record of identifying training gaps and design and deliver training interventions

This role can be based out of any NAB office nationally.
