About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Officer to join our Participant Assessment and Monitoring section. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that those applying to participate in our schemes meet competency and capability benchmarks.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a regulatory environment, with highly developed skills in interpreting and applying legislation. You will be able to distil complex information and identify critical issues, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the participant assessment process for scheme entry and registration.
  • Apply comprehensive work knowledge, legislation, policies and procedures to complex and sensitive matters.
  • Make decisions using good judgement, expertise and knowledge.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement work plans and allocate resources.
  • Be accountable for high quality outputs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment.
  • Flexibility and resilience to achieve results in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to distil complex information and identify critical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
