This is a dynamic position located within our Contact Centre, where the team manages a high volume of internal and external enquiries across various communication channels while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About This RoleYou will be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You are results-driven and have a flexible approach to problem-solving. You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships and have a demonstrated background in a contact centre environment and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing superior customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure effective customer service delivery.
- Possession of a Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service or extensive customer service experience.
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment.
- Touch typing data entry skills.
- Demonstrated administration skills using Microsoft Office applications.
