Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning to ensure optimal revenue growth and reservations performance.
- Develop and implement revenue management practices to maximise pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across rooms and F&B outlets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results-driven initiatives.
- Take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a revenue management professional with 4–5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical skills with a strong understanding of systems and hotel operations, preferably with experience in Opera Cloud and IDeaS G3 RMS.
- Strong leadership skills, methodical approach, and flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines.
- Able to create a positive impact on colleagues and leave a memorable experience.
- Results-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and support the team.
