Job Title: Project Rehabilitation Manager

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our Project Services Division. As the PoW Compliance and Rehabilitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing ground rehabilitation activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing safe execution of rehabilitation activities
  • Updating the GIS database
  • Creating daily activity reports
  • Facilitating daily meetings, handovers, and weekly toolbox talks
  • Managing field activities and supervising team members
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety initiatives

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in earthworks supervision, strong leadership skills, and a sound understanding of exploration and open pit mining.
