The Role
  • As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.
  • Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
About You
  • You hold a Master's qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
  • Registered with ASORC, AHPRA or AASW
  • Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License

The Team
  • The WA team is multidisciplinary, with 20+ OTs, Physios, EPs, Chiros, Psychs and SWs dedicated to making an impact.
  • Our local leaders each bring 10+ years of clinical/WRP experience and foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • When not empowering others, you might find us enjoying activities together, such as pool or table tennis, or socialising in the office or at a local cafe.
