Our organization is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to fill the role of Rehabilitation Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic team environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day delivery of rehabilitation services, ensuring timely and customer-focused service delivery. They will also work closely with our national management team to establish and execute a strategic growth plan.

  • Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of rehabilitation services, ensuring timely, value-laden and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Operational Performance: Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as lead point of contact for Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.

About You:

  • Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred).
  • People management experience (2 years preferred).
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong (current) Workers Compensation knowledge.
  • A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
