The Role
As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.
Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
About You
You hold a Master's qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
Registered with ASORC, AHPRA or AASW
Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License

The Team
The WA team is multidisciplinary, with 20+ OTs, Physios, EPs, Chiros, Psychs and SWs dedicated to making an impact.
Our local leaders each bring 10+ years of clinical/WRP experience and foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative and supportive working environment.
