Senior Property Manager Opportunity

This role presents a rare chance to excel in the field of property management. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing a prestigious portfolio of properties.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. A thorough knowledge of the Northern Beaches market and experience dealing with high-profile clientele are essential.

In this position, you will be tasked with developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinating repairs and maintenance work orders, conducting rent reviews, and processing lease renewals. You will also negotiate leases and resolve escalated conflicts within the portfolio, minimize rental arrears, and prepare for Tribunal hearings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a prestige portfolio of properties
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Conduct rent reviews and process lease renewals
  • Negotiate leases and resolve escalated conflicts within the portfolio
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears for the portfolio
  • Prepare for and attend Tribunal hearings as required

Requirements:

  • Previous property management experience
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Exemplary negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Stellar knowledge of the Northern Beaches market and experience dealing with high-profile clientele
  • Immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanor
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
