**Job Opportunity:**

As a Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be assisting the wider team with administrative tasks and keeping customers informed about their vehicle repairs. You'll ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and maintain open communication with clients throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensuring a positive atmosphere for customers
  • Greeting customers upon arrival.
  • Providing updates on the repair process and estimated completion dates for vehicles
  • Contacting customers to confirm satisfaction with our services
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service position
  • Professional and personable demeanor with strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong system knowledge and computer competence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team
