About the role

Clé de Peau Beauté is excited to invite experienced part-time Beauty Advisors (referred to as Personalised Beauty Specialists, or PBS) to be among the first to represent the brand at a new counter in David Jones Chatswood in this permanent part-time role 28 hours per week.

You will help craft an exceptional "omotenashi" memorable shopping experience for your customers and will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice on the Cle de Peau Beaute premium skincare and makeup collections while leading the in-store sales process.

About you

You are a passionate individual with a deep understanding of the Clé de Peau Beauté brand and its products. You have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanour.

You are motivated, eager to engage with customers, committed to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment, and will contribute to delivering the highest level of service and luxury to your clientele.

Your key responsibilities will be to

  • Provide expert advice to customers on Clé de Peau Beauté's product line, including skincare, makeup collection, and facial services.
  • Work as part of a strong sales team to promote products and achieve personal and counter sales targets
  • Engage with customers in a positive and motivational manner while providing excellent personalized services
  • Remain knowledgeable about the Clé de Peau Beauté brand and product line.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador by educating customers on the brand's unique philosophies
  • Participate in store events and new product launches, including PR events

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in skincare retail, ideally within the luxury space.
  • Ideally have worked within the department store environment
  • Hold a certificate in Makeup Artistry or have equivalent experience.
  • Have excellent communication skills, and it would be an added advantage if you speak a second language.
  • You possess a positive work attitude, are self-motivated and a team player.
  • You are willing to work across all store hours, including weekends and public holidays.
