Branch Operations Assistant

This is a traineeship position that will provide hands-on training and support to develop an additional operational and administrative capability within a branch. The primary objective of the role is to assist the Branch Manager, Service Supervisor, and other stakeholders in different aspects of their day-to-day operations.
The selected candidate will be expected to learn various aspects of our ERP system to process jobs, raise invoices, allocate parts, and perform other tasks. Additionally, they will assist with parts interpretation, allocation of parts to jobs, and providing parts to technicians.
Responsibilities include providing professional and timely customer service, including answering queries from customers, employees, and suppliers. They will also assist with warehousing and logistics tasks as required, administer inventory purchasing and returns, and assist with invoicing and performing administrative tasks.
- Develop oral and written communication skills by completing a Certificate 3 in Business.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and professionalism in all interactions.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Possess strong attention to detail and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word and Outlook.
