Job Description

This role offers a pathway to a successful career in Operations, Administration and Management. As an assistant to the Branch Manager, Service Supervisor, Branch Administrator and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of their day-to-day operations.

The primary objective of this position is to develop additional operational and administrative capabilities within a branch to support good customer service, internal processes, and business objectives.

This role involves assisting with tasks such as answering queries from customers, employees, and suppliers, learning about the TMHA ERP system, allocating parts to jobs, and performing warehousing and logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer service, including answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Learn and utilize the TMHA ERP system to process jobs, raise invoices, and allocate parts.
  • Perform warehousing and logistics tasks as required.
  • Assist with administration of inventory purchasing and returns.
  • Support the Branch Manager with customer service and operations projects.
