We are seeking a dedicated and organized Examination Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Invigilation of examinations to ensure a fair and secure environment.
- Thorough checks of examination prerequisites to verify candidate eligibility.
- Continuous monitoring throughout examinations to prevent unorthodox practices.
- Maintenance of network replacement stock, office supplies, and filing systems.
- Ensuring the examination centre is clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Adherence to promulgated procedures and standards for examination operations.
- Raising corrective actions to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Providing effective customer interface through clear communication and support.
- Assisting with the training of new Examination Invigilators to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Ensuring security arrangements at all venues meet customer requirements.

- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
