Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Fundamentals
    Understand and demonstrate expertise in operational transformation fundamentals, process, and organisational design and change management.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across KPMG to understand business drivers and challenges, enabling the design and delivery of solutions.
  • Operating Model Design
    Define business problems, design and implement new operating models, including people, process, and technology, to drive transformation and automation.
  • Transformation Roadmap and Investment Case
    Work with the Head of Operational Transformation to build our transformation roadmap and investment case to achieve our future state.
  • Performance Improvement Opportunities
    Conduct detailed assessments of performance improvement opportunities aligned to our capabilities, delivering real transformation and automation.
  • Process Improvement and Redesign
    Identify and add value to processes, or redesign the way we operate, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Transformation Value Proposition
    Articulate the value of transformation to our stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Collaboration and Communication
    Collaboration, enthusiasm, empathy, and adaptability – proactive with a positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Transformation Experience
    3-5 years' experience working in a transformation implementation role.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership
    Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle complex problems, and demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Team and Project Management
    Strong team and project management skills, including planning and resourcing.
  • Professional Services or Financial Services
    Experience in Professional Services or Financial Services is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary and Professional Qualifications
    Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications are highly desirable.
