We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Programme Manager to join Ethos BeathChapman, a well-known Australian company with a strong presence in the financial services industry.

Role Overview

  • This role is to support the execution of change programmes of work in partnership with the Delivery Team and business stakeholders.
  • Understand how to run change in a regulatory programme of work, ideally in Risk.
  • Change Impact statements.
  • Support a Senior Change Manager.
  • Help identify the key roles and expectations of the sponsors of change, those who implement the changes.

Skills Overview

  • 3 + years experience as a Change Analyst who has worked on regulatory projects, ideally in Risk in Financial Services.
  • Experience in financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working on change impact assessments.
  • Communication plans and communication activities.
