Empower Learners as a Career and Employment Skills Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate facilitator to join our team in delivering employability skills training and career transition assistance programs.
As a Career and Employment Skills Facilitator, you will play a vital role in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds achieve their career goals. You will be responsible for delivering targeted courses, providing individual attention, support, and guidance to maximise every learner's chance of successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the delivery of training to small groups of adult learners using the provided course structure and materials.
- Contextualize and tailor training to best suit the participant's learning needs.
- Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements to assist the delivery of training.
- Deliver training and assessment in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly and engage well with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
- Experience delivering training, whether it be as a teacher, coach, or mentor.
- Have a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check clearance (essential).
- TAE40116 is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible and willing to travel and undertake training blocks on a short notice.

What We Offer:- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
