Job Title: Platform Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Platform Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Linux/RedHat servers, including hardware and software configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.

As a Platform Administrator, you will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining SAS platform and related components. Additionally, you will provide technical support for Linux/RedHat systems, including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

You will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of systems and infrastructure components. Your goal will be to ensure the security and integrity of the Linux/RedHat environment, including regular security patching and monitoring.

Other responsibilities include managing and maintaining virtualized infrastructure, performing capacity planning, and ensuring that systems are operating at peak performance levels. You will also participate in project planning and implementation of new systems and services.

Requirements for this position include 5+ years of experience in Linux/RedHat administration and support. You must have strong knowledge of Linux/RedHat administration and shell scripting, as well as good understanding of virtualization technologies.

Additionally, you should have experience on cloud technologies - Azure, AWS, GCP - and experience with SAS platform support installation is desirable. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are also required.
