You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing timely support to our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service (phone based) or administration
  • Previous experience in the disability sector and understanding of the NDIS preferred
  • Demonstrated ability using a customer relationship management database
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
