The role of a Senior Transformation Lead plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives.

This position oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects and change initiatives.

  • Strategic Project Delivery: The ability to plan and deliver strategic projects from initiation through to completion is essential for this role.
  • Team Leadership & Development: The incumbent will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of project managers and change specialists.
  • Methodology Development & Governance: This role champions the development and implementation of project and change management methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Change Adoption & Risk Mitigation: The ability to drive effective change adoption and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives is critical for this position.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establishing and maintaining comprehensive reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress and status is also an essential responsibility of this role.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures is vital for the success of this role.

About the Role:

  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Certification in a formal project management methodology is desirable.
